“4 blocks” is a stretch-we drove back and forth to the downtown area. The house was pleasant and clean. We only stayed one night and I would compare it to a really nice hotel room ( with a sink and microwave). The hot tub didn’t look too inviting-it was situated between a side yard fence and the side of the house. We had a fun time in downtown Fredericksburg-lots to see/places to eat.

Beautiful and comfortable stay In Fredericksburg

This small cottage is delightful made with high grade building materials and very nice decor. Much more roomy than a hotel room. We enjoyed our stay and hung out For hours in the room just because it was so comfortable!
