The Space:
Romantic very secluded home with private hot tub/ outside shower area. Less than 10 min from the heart of the 'Burg!

- Chiminea shown in photos has been replaced with a wood burning fire pit
- Bench in the front has been replaced with 2 outdoor chairs
- Bathtub window is now frosted for extra privacy

- We provide 1 complimentary fire log for the inside fireplace per night booked for your stay.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Access:
Guest have full access to falling star seclusive ranch and Hot tub and Patio area wit outdoor shower.

Getting Around:
This house is outside Fredericksburg but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Other Things to Note:
This property is not suitable for children/infants. Adults only.

This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and we only allow 1 pet max and 35 lb weight limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard NOT fully fenced.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

- Outdoor Shower: During winter months, the outdoor shower is not useable. We drain it to prevent the pipe lines from breaking during the freezes/low temps we experience in the hill country. Usable only during warmer months. Outdoor shower is currently available. Thank you!

- Please DO NOT feed any stray cats or animals when at the rental. We are trying our best to keep any stray animals away from the rental as much as possible.
