Bed was not real comfortable, and the room was warm. But also be nice if you had liquid hand soap in the bathroom similar to what you do in the shower with the shampoo and body wash.

Everything was in very, very good order. The room is clean, well lighted, quiet, and roomy parking was close by. The air conditioner worked well the entire time we were there. We have no complaint.

This Fairfield Inn and Suites was not quite up to par with other Fairfield Inn and Suites where I have stayed. There were missing pieces of porcelain in the bathtub that my husband at first thought were insects or bugs. I had to obtain a tub mat from the front desk. I was told that a tub mat should have been in the room, 308. I asked if there was another room and was told there were none available. The hot and cold faucet in the sink were reversed. There was NO water pressure in the shower. The indoor pool was murky looking and I wouldn't get in. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and couldn't have been nicer. Except for the lady working the breakfast area. She preferred to close the station early and treated replacing items like syrup as if they were her own. The location is great and near event locales and fairly easy to get to. The map to the city was a perfect draw. The city has lots of wineries to visit. I could manage to stay there again, if I HAD TO.

I stay at this hotel several times a year. I like that it is safe and quiet. Plenty of parking. There’s a brand new Chic-Fil-A next to it. It is a close drive to Main St. I love that the check out time is at noon. Most hotels now-a-days are at 11am. They offer free breakfast in the lobby dining area from 6am - 10am. This is my go to hotel in Fredericksburg.
