Excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is a little run down. My room had a stale smell to it. I wouldn’t stay again but it was good enough for one night.

Staff was very friendly. Room carpet is getting very old. It was very stretched out in places where it rippled. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit tricky through no fault of the hotel due to construction along the highway. But overall a pleasant hotel at a budget price.

I liked the property a lot. The accomodations and the price was very good. The internet and heat system were my only issues but, I found it to be the one of best and I have stayed at Marriott Residence, Comfort Inn of n and Suites, Hilton and other's.

1st they take and retain a copy of your Driver License which i consider a security violation of your personel information. No encryption . no locked room. i asked and was told it was policy..if i had not been attending a funeral i would have sought alterative hotels. Very dated..floors missing pieces..double bed. room smelled of dog.
