Boasting 3 comfortable bedrooms (+ sofa sleeper in living room), 2 full bathrooms, comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests, and chic modern farmhouse decor, this home is perfect for a relaxing Fredericksburg escape!

Home is on a corner lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Driveway parking for 2 vehicles + plenty of safe street parking for multiple vehicles.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Our kitchen is stocked with all the tools, serving ware, appliances and basics for preparing all your meals. Our main dining table seats 6, plus counter and pub table seating offer an additional 7 spots to enjoy a meal or glad of wine.

Breakfast is in the fridge & includes:
When available, we happily share a dozen farm fresh eggs from our happy hens (you fix how you like).

BACKYARD:
Our backyard includes a large covered patio with a dining table that seats 6. Guests enjoy access to a BBQ grill + all the necessary grilling tools, a custom serving bar with plenty of serving trays for an al fresco spread, as well as a fire pit with additional seating for 6.

Home features three bedrooms with one king bed and two queen beds, and two full baths. A queen sleeper sofa is in the living room, allowing us to comfortably sleep 2 additional guests (for a total of 8 people).

Alison has a charming, well decorated and inviting home with everything you could possibly want. Close to downtown and many other sights. Our girls weekend was fabulous and we will most likely come back to Fredricksburg and stay at Alison’s place again! The fresh farm eggs for breakfast were major bonus.

I would definitely book this home again if in Fredericksburg. The host, Alison, was awesome to deal with. It was a very short drive to Main St. and everything was perfect. My family and I absolutely loved this home, and our dogs had a lovely time as well! We felt so at home from the minute we arrived. Our host really thought of everything, even dog bowls, dog wipes and dog treats. There are large mirrors in each guest bedroom and a full length mirror in hallway which helped significantly since we were there for a family wedding. We didn't cook while there, but the kitchen was organized and very well stocked with all the cookware, appliances, dishes you would need to prepare a meal. We appreciated the binder with information about the owners, and recommendations about some places to go. The home is very well appointed, decor is beautiful yet relaxing, and the back yard was serene, and full of birds. While enjoying the back yard, we were fortunate to experience a pair of birds collecting materials for their nest. The check out process was so easy and they require very few tasks, which we appreciated given our long drive home.

The house is located in a quiet part of town that is a quick drive to downtown Fredericksburg. It ha s 3 nicely appointed bedrooms with large closets and ceiling fans. The bathrooms are average size yet beautiful and clean with everything you need. The dining and living rooms are large. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and is well organized. The laundry room with the large counter made loading and unloading easy. The backyard is clean with plenty of seating to eat outdoors. We will be back.

This house is so well laid out! It was perfect for the 4 of us. The rooms are all modern and nicely decorated - just enough to feel clean but welcoming and pretty. Even some Christmas touches in the living areas. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had plenty of blankets to add for the cold weather. The kitchen is spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. We would stay here again. Also, our host was quickly available when I needed her!

This is one of the best VRBO's we've stayed in (in at least a dozen we've experienced). Our hostess was the best and made us feel very welcome! The house had it all. A very well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals if you like, the most comfortable beds and living room furniture, close to main street and everything you could want to do make this a top rated, must stay home.

Great place to stay in Fredericksburg

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was perfect for our stay. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. The farm fresh eggs were such a nice touch. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked. We enjoyed the backyard patio and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The house was close enough to town to walk to breakfast in the morning. We would stay again when going back to Fredericksburg!
