Your stay includes:
• Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed; the primary bedroom also has a TV and private en-suite bathroom.
• Two updated bathrooms with showers, a bathtub, fresh towels, a hair dryer, and toiletries.
• A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, and dinnerware.
• Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and Roku TVs.
• A washer, free in-unit dryer, and iron.
• Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage.

Outside, ease into your private hot tub within its fenced enclosure. The property also offers a backyard, furnished patios, outdoor dining, a BBQ grill with utensils, and a fire pit.

You’ll have your own rental unit with a private entrance and smart-lock self check-in. Another vacation rental occupies the rear of the property; the driveway is shared, while the hot tub is private to Big Zentral Haus.

The home’s rooms are on one level, with no internal stairs. Exterior entrances and patio areas have steps and railings, so access is not entirely step-free.

Designated parking for the front house is to the left of the home beside the large tree, with room for one, possibly two cars. The long driveway leading to the back house is reserved for that unit’s parking. Only 2 cars can be parked on the street in front of the house. If more than 3 cars are brought to the house, please contact us for instructions on where to park the additional vehicles.

Big Zentral Haus is a licensed City of Fredericksburg short-term rental: License No. #8056001407. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, with a maximum of 3 vehicles overnight. Please note that a rental agreement will be requested for your stay so that we can confirm the number of guest, check in and check out dates, and our dog policy.

Allow time for the hot tub to reach your desired temperature. Roku TVs offer access to Spectrum live TV, including local channels, through the Spectrum app; Roku guest mode can remove your streaming sign-ins at your scheduled checkout.

Trash collection is Monday morning. Designated containers are near the sides of the homes, with this home’s cans on its south side.
