Beautiful Updated/Decorated Quaint Cottage in the Heart of Fredericksburg

This home is gorgeous! Located next to Fredericksburg Herb Farm only 5 blocks from Main Street, this home has everything you could imagine for a hill country getaway. The owners are experienced HomeAway/VRBO hosts with several popular rentals. They know how to do it right! The home was completely gutted and rebuilt in early 2018. It has high end appliances, electronics and is fully stocked with anything you could need for your stay. We just underwent a massive landscaping project and now have a Grill/Fire pit, covered trellis outdoor dining area, a regulation Boccie Ball Court and horseshoes in an expansive half acre back yard backing up to a creek. The enormous yard is fully fenced in if you earn your pets to be part of the fun too. You cannot go wrong with this rental! Both bedrooms are well appointed with queen beds. The home has cable, Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs in each room. The bathroom has an antique vanity and beautiful new shower. It is walking distance to one of the town's best restaurants, Fredericksburg Herb Farm (.3 miles) and is only 5 blocks from Main Street in close proximity to Hondo's and Crossroads.

If I could rate this house a 100, I would. It was so beautiful and clean. I booked this for my mom’s birthday weekend and it did not disappoint. The home was so beautifully decorated, the backyard was gorgeous, so close to Main Street, and the host Dustin was amazing and very attentive with all my questions before arriving. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Dustin for the wonderful experience!

The property was great! Very clean & the beds were very comfortable. Easy checkin process. The only minor issue was there weren’t extra trash bags for the kitchen trash can. I definitely recommend this property & would stay here again!

The house was very relaxing and clean. We didn’t cook but there was everything you need if you wanted to. You have one covered parking spot with an extra parking space available. I would stay there again. Thank you for the opportunity to visit.

Beautifully decorated house with a super comfy beds and a big backyard! Loved drinking coffee under the flowering vine covered pergola in the mornings. We saw 7-8 deer walk past the back fence every day. House is conveniently located minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. Great stay!

The backyard was amazing!! It’s very large and fully fenced in so my dogs enjoyed running around playing in it. We had great weather so we were able to enjoy sitting outside under the pergola. The house itself was perfect too, great floor plan layout with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Overall, 10/10. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The house has everything we needed, and the large backyard was perfect for our two pups. An easy walk to Main Street, and we'd recommend the very close Herb Garden restaurant for dinner!
