This recently remodeled home is truly nestled in a premier location and boasts luxury throughout. Harboring lovely outdoor spaces inclusive of a hot tub, grill, & firepit area where you'll be able to enjoy nights outside after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg. This home is ideal for couples, families & groups of friends who want to be near Main St!
The house consists of two bedrooms (two king beds), two bathrooms with luxury walk-in showers and delicate custom glass doors, a pull-out couch (queen bed). Our luxury kitchen comes with a HUGE granite island and top of the line stainless steel home appliances, making it the perfect place for your family cookouts. A stunning dining space that sits up to six people at once and a living room area, that has been perfectly designed with an open floor plan and beautiful vaulted ceilings that accents the beautiful home. The home also has a brand new driveway for off-street parking space for 2 cars and plenty of room for on-street parking if you need extra space. Additionally, this house consists of a big veranda with nearly 500 sqft of covered outdoor living as well as a fire pit, a private back deck named "The Alcove," a grill, and a spacious and completely private sitting area perfect for a family or friend to get together.

Perfect Getaway!
This property is perfect for two couples; each bedroom has a king size bed. The property is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. This property has a wonderful back porch and yard with a hot tub, table, lots of seating and a fire pit. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the time to utilize it. Maybe next time!
