Rooms -are clean. Staff on the other hand. Very selective on who they want to help. Don’t go the extra mile to assist or provide support or clarification. They do NOT take ownership for 3rd party bookings much less holding fees charged apart from your stay for incidentals by the hotel chain. I honestly felt like I was the step redhead child because I booked my stay with Hotels.com. As if I was not a paying customer! Comments made: We have nothing to do with 3rd party bookings. We can’t provide you with the same customer service provided to our members because you did not utilize our website to book your reservation. Treat Others the Way you would expect to be treated! Training Is key element in hospitality! Staff looked very overwhelmed, rushing through your check-in and any additional services needed. District manager on site and just stood there watching me and the agent interact as I was checking in. Not even a HELLO! I was told in order for my concern to be addressed I had to email the manager after several phone calls to the property. FYI! Any deposit taken separate from your payment processed through any 3rd party booking company Has Nothing To Do With The payment taken at the time of your checkin! It’s The Hotel policy! And it’s separate! Blaming 3rd party billing! Make it make sense. I have yet to get my refund from the hotel for incidentals. It’s been 3 weeks since I checked out! Be ADVISED!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly! I wish there were some nicer restaurants closer to it, but there was a convenience and grocery store nearby.

I’ve stayed on the property a few times now. Came in town this time for my Fathers 80th birthday event. Had a great time. Although we didn’t complain about it. We didn’t appreciate the constant running around and jumping really hard from the room above. At times it sounded like construction. And I did report the shades would not open because the pull chain was broken.

Slow but pleasant if you can be patient

There are many good points about this property like a very comfortable bed, cleanliness, a pleasant eating patio, spacious lobby, etc. I would recommend it for those reasons. Unfortunately, the staff was not able to keep up with the crowd during the rush on the holiday weekend so if you were not willing to wait in the long lines (6-8 people), you did not get a hot breakfast. They also gave me information when booking the reservation which they reneged upon. I am glad to report that they eventually did something to "compensate" for it though it should have come voluntarily and much sooner than it did.
