Located just across the street from the Frederick Fairgrounds, this home is located close to all things downtown and is only a few blocks from the shops! Only a 1 mile walk to the absolute center of downtown Frederick!

Frederick is well known for its locality to many wedding venues and historical battlefields! Our space offers all of the essentials you'll need for your stay. We aim to provide a comfortable, functional, and relaxing place for our guests!
The space
Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room area with a large television. The dining room seats four people and the kitchen is fully stocked to make your stay feel like home!

Both queen bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the second level of the home. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom and are available for your use during your stay.

The back yard is fenced and we do have a comfortable seating area for you and your guests to enjoy!

You'll have access to every area shown in the interior pictures as well as two pull in parking spaces and any street parking you need!
Other things to note
This home is located on E Patrick Street which is a main street that runs through downtown Frederick. We have sound machines in each of the bedrooms to assist with noise control, but please keep this in mind when booking! We welcome open communication and any feedback during your stay. If there is anything you're missing we are readily available to provide!
