Roaches and dirty. Staff was rude towards me because I was upset about roaches. It’s was a lot of roaches and dirty sheets. Elevator very close to the room. I was ready to leave at 3am but I was drinking from wine fest. Avoid at all cost. Pictures online look nothing like facility. no one ever called me about my complaint. Franchise property with no accountability. Poor

The room had all the listed amenities and everything was in good, clean condition. The room was comfortable and the staff were very polite and friendly. Location is convenient. Check-in was slow, but I didn't have any issues.

Hotel from hell

The air in the room and the entire hotel was dry and stell. The rooms chairs where smelly smelled like cigarettes and had stains need to be thrown out or replaced. The snack machine on our floor didn’t work. customer service wasn’t good the from desk man was rude and said he called me many times and never received a single call. The sign in the front is asking for help but it’s not even spelled correctly it says hel wants. Overall it was a horrible experience
