I have to say I never complain about a property unless it is warranted, and this was. The hotel wasn’t too bad but the old window and highway noise from our room was ridiculous. When we asked for a quiet room she said there was nothing available, which I’m sure wasn’t the case. I actually had to sleep with my headphones on playing relaxing music. Worst sleep ever in a hotel.

The check in person - I want to say I wish it was smooth. Wanted to give me only one key for a two person check in, said their “Stock was low.” I ended up getting the second key but how is stock issues my problem. He also called my last name “very German” said it was a compliment, he needs to work on the small talk. Same person at check out this morning looking like he just rolled out of bed. Glad I’m not the manager, he would have been told to go home shower and wake up, he’s the face of the property.
