House sleeps 6 comfortably | up to 7 with limits ( 3 children max) 1 small dog is OK sleeps in it's own little bed

2 enclosed queen bedrooms (2 persons each)

Open 2nd-floor sleeping area: Twin fold-out + privacy screen (1 person)

Living room: Queen pop-up sofa bed ( 2 persons)

Additional guests (up to 7 total): Double air mattress (floor) in east bedroom beside one of the queen beds, that room can sleep 5 children in a pinch.

The platform considers any bed a “bedroom”; walls are not implied

Additional guests: $50/adult/night (14+) Children over qty 2 if included in the 4 person maximum are $25 each. Dog $50 weekend, $100 week. Ask about mid to long term, that is a separate agreement.

For extended vacations exceeding 6 nights please text host with details, length of stay, number of people, cars, pets, etc. So she can make preparations if needed.

If you are not sure of the number of persons when you book, please book your best guess and we will adjust your reservation upon arrival. You will pay for the minimum nightly rate.
