Welcome to your modern cabin in the woods, the Bear Cabin. Ideally situated in Rendesvouz, with quick access to downtown Winter Park, Winter Park ski area (free shuttle), and miles of trails. Well-appointed with high-end finishes and a hot tub! Luxury finishes include stone fireplace (gas), white oak hardwood floors, marble countertops, designer tile, and hand-hewn beam and mantle. Well-appointed kitchen w/ everything needed for cooking. Private bedrooms and a bunk bed in the loft space.
The space
Perfectly restful space for family and friends and your basecamp for Rocky Mtn adventure. Sip your morning coffee on the patio with fresh Mtn air and hummingbirds buzzing around all Summer long. Or watch the snowfall from the hot tub w/ multi-colors and a waterfall. Weber grill with piped natural gas. One dedicated parking space is included, and visitor spaces are available nearby.
Guest access
Our home is easy to find and just minutes from Downtown Winter Park. We have a dedicated parking space as well as visitor parking. Access is easy with a digital keypad on the front door. The free town shuttle is a short walk down the road and takes you to the ski area every 30 mins. Miles and miles of hiking and biking trails right out your front door!
Other things to note
Note that the Bunk Bed is in a loft space, open to the Great Room space (see floorplan in photos). In order to show the appropriate number of beds, this is showing as a Bedroom by AirBNB, when really it should be called a Loft.

Perfect location for a winter getaway

Beautiful location, perfect for our family ski vacation. Conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and Winter Park Resort. One of our highlights was seeing a moose as we drove out of the neighborhood to go skiing.

Fabulous stay!

This house is amazing, and we enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful getaway! The location to Winter Park Ski Resort was great; the house was clean, open and bright; the hot tub was perfect; the beds were very comfortable; the water pressure in the showers was incredible; and communication with the hosts was easy! We had such a great family vacation and we would definitely rent again! Thank you!
