Winter Park Trail House is a gorgeous, four-bedroom home ideally situated in Fraser with prime access to year-round activities and recreation throughout Grand County. Perfect for families and friends, the spacious, two-story interior is thoughtfully appointed throughout with contemporary design and amenities designed with group gathering in mind.

Cozy up in the fireside rocker or wraparound sofa while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV. Mealtimes are made easy in the gorgeously-equipped kitchen featuring a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner gas range/oven and dishwasher. The island prep station doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for two. The formal dining table can accommodate up to eight. Through the dining room, a parlor/sitting area features a leather sofa and wall-mounted smart TV with access to the deck and a shared, full bathroom. Make the most of bluebird days with barbecues on the furnished back deck, and later, take a dip in the hot tub for the perfect end to your day. For a little bit of friendly competition, head into the garage for a few rounds of ping-pong. A new gear dryer is available to keep your outdoor equipment dry and ready for your next adventure.

A stairway from the main part of the house leads to three of the home's four guest rooms. A primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom, a dedicated desk/workspace, and a flatscreen smart TV. A shared, full bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms. A stairway leading from the mudroom off the garage accesses a loft-style bedroom complete with a full, en suite bathroom, sofa seating, and dedicated desk/workplace with a flatscreen smart TV.

Sitting at the edge of Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests, Fraser is an outdoor wonderland and this home is right in the heart of all the action. Enjoy walking distance to world-class fishing in the Fraser River or hike along the water's edge on the River Ridge Trail. In winter, head over to nearby Fraser Tubing Hill for snow-filled family fun. Just down the road, the Grand Park Community Rec Center offers an indoor pool with a lazy river and water slides.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
