The room was clean but not what I thought I had booked, as it had no bathtub because it was on the 1st floor...an "accessible" room, which may be because of availability, I booked it the same day I stayed?! Although the final Invoice shows I stayed on the 3rd floor, which is a mistake or typo?! Room 108 vs Room 308? The breakfast was enjoyable! Unfortunately, I have tried to contact someone at this hotel multiple times and through various means of communication and I am still in a waiting battle with this hotel to release the $50.00 hold they put on my card for "incidentals" back on February 12, 2026. Today is February 23, 2026 and it's still "pending" on my account. Not impressed. Maybe other customers let this charge slide, so they are waiting to see if I let it go or forget about it, but I will not lose my $50.00 for absolutely nothing and I am not happy about the length of time they are holding funds on their end for a one night stay. This has nothing to do with my bank and everything to do with the delay being on their end. Hopefully it gets resolved asap and we can all move on.

The wait at the desk to check in took a while. The elevator was broken down, so had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. The room was freezing when I walked in. It took about 2 hours to get to a comfortable temperature. Bed was comfortable. Room seemed clean. The gym was okay, just outdated. Breakfast was okay.
