This lovely alpine community sits right outside downtown Fraser, with a stop for the Winter Park shuttle bus at the entrance to the complex. After a day spent in the great outdoors or brewery-hopping in Fraser or Winter Park, there's an outdoor pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a gym on the grounds to greet you.

The main living space is on the second of the home's three stories, offering a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room table, and a living room with a leather sectional.
