Our farmhouse is part of a protected historic ensemble and is situated in a central yet quiet location in the historic town center of Westerndorf (an old district of Frasdorf), where you’ll find beautifully restored farmhouses dating from the 15th to the 18th centuries.
An ideal starting point for excursions and sightseeing around Lake Chiemsee. Experience the mountains and nature—recharge your batteries.
Trails start right at the house—enjoy the mountain views on hiking and biking tours.
Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. When there is sufficient snow, the cross-country ski trail begins 200 m behind the house.
Pets are allowed upon request. You can store your bicycle or motorcycle in the carport; parking is available right next to the house.
The cozy granny flat faces south with a magnificent view and has its own entrance, accessible via the Tennenbrücke bridge with 3–4 steps. It was renovated in 2025 using eco-friendly, timeless materials (clay, wood, natural stone flooring in a Roman-style pattern) and with great attention to detail.
The wet area (bathroom) is equipped with a walk-in shower, a Taharet shower toilet, and a stone sink. Underfloor heating and wall-mounted heating were installed, ensuring a pleasant shower experience with a view of the living area.
The sleeping area features a 1.60 m x 2.00 m double bed with comfort mattresses for the ultimate sleeping experience. An extra bed can be added if needed.
The kitchen and dining area offers a unique ambiance and, in keeping with the apartment’s style, is kept to the essentials.
The refrigerator with a small freezer compartment is integrated into the outdoor lounge, adding a touch of variety to the vacation atmosphere.
Outdoor lounge: Balcony and terrace with an additional covered seating area in a historic barn. Here, you can wind down after a hike or bike ride by the grill and hot tub.
