The airport shuttle was fantastic. Front Desk wasnt very accommodating. After flying all night, getting to the hotel around 1 pm to be told there were not any rooms and that check in was at 3 pm. Ive traveled extensively and usualky a hotel will accommodate. Also, the ciffee maker, safe, and thermostat didnt wirk.

Advertised as a 4 star hotel which it definitely was not. Please see below: (1) Lobby, restaurant and bar was nice. (2) Room was okay. (3) Shower was nice but the tile on the floor of the bathroom was from the 90’s. Piecemeal renovations look cheap. (4) Hallways and elevator - Horrible, dirty carpet, old elevator with half the lights not working. Easy fix with new carpet and lightbulbs. (5) Booked b/c of sauna which had no water and was a little below average. At least it worked. (6) Price - $185 - expensive for what you get. Shop around and find a newer hotel.

Excellent choice for overnight stay.

We were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The shuttle bus was very easy to find and we were fortunate to be there without any waiting time. Check in was smooth and welcoming and the breakfast was superb. We also appreciated the coffee maker in our room.

this hotel is close to the airport. there is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. the driver is very good and help to load the baggage. however it has no restarant around and only one bus stop. it is not convenient if you want to go around in frankfurt.

Very basic with limited options. Kitchen closes at 10pm with no in room dining option as well. Rooms were bit hot and only heating would work (not cooling) at this time of the year. You have to open windows. No iron or iron board in rooms. You have to go and iron in a room. Couldn’t open the safe as per instructions. Morning shuttle to airport gets full early and you have to wait for 20 mins for next shuttle. Staff at the reception was helpful but not much they can do if hotel has little to offer.

The breakfast choices were incredible, healthy and quality food. Our only concern was that at the end of September the air conditioning was turned off and both our room and the common areas were very warm. There was only a comforter and no top sheet on the bed, so it was difficult to maintain a good sleeping body temperature.
