Room was dusty, which made the beds itchy. Amenities in the rooms are toilet, shower, tv. No kettle etc. Breakfast we avoided since it didnt seem worth the money. Location was really good, right on the edge of the center of town. But they decided to take my card details from me paying city tax on their chip & pin machine and tried to charge me €200 after my stay...no email why, nothing from Moxxy! Which is incredibly poor for being part of the Marriot family. If you expect any reply from this hotel don't waste your time, they'll ignore any communications which you send. Overall AVOID!!!!!!

It’s a great location walking to the Christmas Markets and near the subway. The hotel is clean. I didn’t eat breakfast. The beds were pretty hard, but everything else was great

Location was fantastic. Note these rooms are barebones and the mattress was hard and we were only given one tiny pillow. Also the outlets jn the bathroom didn’t work and the air wouldn’t come on at all during our stay so it was super hot in our room. Room was pretty cheap but we were charged $30 euros to check in early.
