Overall, I really liked the place. Reception was very helpful and welcoming. The guy even moved me to a quieter room that worked out well. Breakfast is good too. Five stars so far .... However, there is a serious problem with this hotel: It is impossible to close the room door fully without slamming it! Things weren't bad during the working week, but I wouldn't fancy being woken up at all hours at weekends. This would be a deal breaker for me. Hence the three stars.

Comfortable bed, quiet neighbours, clean and tidy. Breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel is a short walk from the train station and to Frankfurt in under 20 mins. I would stay again and will recommend to others too. I was a little confused when the "do not disturb" sign was removed from my door and they cleaned my room when I didn't ask.
