Staff were extremely friendly and let us check in early, no complaints there BUT the room smelled like smoke and there were tons of cobwebs on the pendant light over the sofa bed and crumbs on the floor, and weird orange stains on the comforter and towels….

The place is nice with friendly staff that accommodate us on how to get food delivery around the area late night...The front desk help us on the best transportation on where we wanna go...The hotel got amazingly good breakfast with freshly baked bread and spread;we enjoyed the breakfast... We were so glad with the stay...

Thin walls

We stayed here as a Family of 4 plus the dog. The room was so tiny that We could not even open Our suitcases basically. The walls were paper thin and I had to put my clothes over my head to be able to sleep as the guy next door sounded as If he was in the rooom with us. Parking was very pricey for a very short overnight stay. Only positive was breakfast.

Best hotel with the best location

Best place to stay in Frankfurt specially if you’re traveling by train . It’s a mile away from the station but there is a bus (37) just outside the station that goes straight to the hotel . The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was just amazing in fact on of the best . The hotel is clean . I’m definitely gonna stay here for my next visit and this as The best choice to stay near to Frankfurt main .

This hotel is lovely and clean free breakfast included, staff are really nice and helpful . We are coming over every month for cancer treatment so I’ve just booked to stay here again . Taxi is only 10 minutes from the train station etc Would definitely recommend.

For the price can’t complain about the room. However, they have a bar downstairs and the guests would go outside and chat very loud all night long. Staff didn’t address this behavior. We were visiting Germany and didn’t want to make a scene. If we go again we will probably look for a different location.
