They were a little uppity about parking in area to unload luggage. Free time is 15 minutes and we went over 2 minutes and was told to pay. Kind of ridiculous. Hotel was nice though and breakfast options were great

This is a nice hotel with great breakfast and dining options nearby (including a 15th-century city tour-turned-classic German restaurant). The hotel is located close to the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt, so it is a good place to stay if you have business there. It is somewhat distant from the center of the city and the main train station, though both are accessible by public transportation. Rooms are clean and modern. The staff are efficient and helpful.

The room was sufficient for my five-night stay. I didn’t like the self check-in and self check-out and no cleaning or refresh of room amenities without having to specifically request it. I didn’t encounter even a single staff member during my entire stay.

Great hotel on border of DT Frankfurt

Great hotel just on the border of downtown Frankfurt. Large clean rooms and friendly service. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the lobby bar is a great place to unwind before retiring for the night.

The Hotel was very convenient for our appointment at the Consulate which is in 10 min walking distance. The Hotel was very clean. We liked the wooden floor in the room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. For Euro 30 we were able to check-in at 11am which was great. We would use this Hotel again.
