The man at reception was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport which is very convenient. If we were to come to Frankfurt, we would book here again

This hotel was so comfortable. The desk service was kind and friendly, the room was newly remodeled, clean and lovely, the bed was comfy and the linens were clean, white and ironed! We felt very comfortable and grateful that we chose this hotel!!

The hotel was more like a former socialist building from the 80's. The receptionist lady was the highlight of the hotel. She was friendly and helpful.
