Located in the scenic Lake Michigan beachtown of Frankfort, this charming cottage is within walking distance to everything...1 block to Betsie Bay, boat launch, Betsie Valley Biking and Hiking Trail, restaurant and grocery store. 4 Blocks from downtown shopping and restaurants. 8 Blocks from Lake Michigan beach. There is a a gas log burning stove in the living room to add the warmth of a fire. The bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa. There is TV/cable. A/C. Cottage is fully stocked with linens and kitchen ware. Outdoor seating area with hammock and picnic table. Parking available for boat and trailer. Freezer onsite if needed. Our home and boutique motel are on the same property. Gateway to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore which won the title of Good Morning America's 'MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE IN AMERICA' in August, 2011.

COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS: We will be using an electrostatic sprayer which uses the highest classification of CDC recommended hospital grade disinfectant as part of our sanitation and disinfecting process. Call for info on other protocols put in place.
