Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Enjoy a relaxing getaway with family and friends. Take a walk downtown to shop, dine or grab a mircrobrew at the Stormcloud. Saturday mornings you can take a 2 minute stroll to the Farmers Market to pick up some fresh produce for your evening dinner on the beautiful deck overlooking Betsie Bay. After a full day at the beach, golfing, hiking or wine tasting you can relax and watch your favorite streaming program on our Smart TV.

When you walk in our newly renovated upper unit you`ll walk in to a bright and airy entry. (Keep in mind there are 10 steps to reach the upper unit.) The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. We have everything you`ll need to cook a gourmet meal, including some essential spices! Our kitchen table will accommodate all your guests for a wonderful meal and is also a great gathering place for game night! The living room is comfortable for all with a sofa and two chairs as well as a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. (We do not have cable but you’re able to log into your favorite streaming service.) The sofa pulls out to a full size bed for your extra guests. Our bedrooms are comfortable with crisp linens and wonderful Dreamcloud mattresses. Our bathroom is small, but is equipped with all you may need during your stay from a blow dryer to make-up mirror to essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Q-tips, cotton balls, and even hair ties! If you forget a few things we have some backups for you (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shave cream.) During the spring, summer and fall you`ll be able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the peek-a-boo view of Betsie Bay while you enjoy a cold beverage and whatever you decide to cook on the grill! *Please note that although our property can easily accommodate 6, it is probably more suitable for 4 due to having 1 bathroom.

We have parking in back of the house as well as free street parking for our guests. Access to the property is in the back of the house. Stairs are required to get to the the unit so unfortunately it is not handicapped accessible. Once you`re at the property getting around Frankfort is easy. You can walk to all downtown Frankfort attractions.

Although we won`t generally be there to greet you we are always available. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you may have. We want your stay to be pleasant and relaxing and are always there to assist you.

The Forest Ave home is located on a residential street in the heart of Frankfort. It is close to parks and the marina. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable.

There is street parking but there is also parking in back of the house for 2 vehicles. The entrance to the home is in the rear so parking in the back is the best option.

This property is in the heart of downtown Frankfort and a short drive to many of the local attractions you don`t want to miss!
