Newly built Apartment above garage (2024) in the heart of Frankfort. Just up the street from beautiful Lake Michigan. Perfect place to gather with family or close friends for an up north getaway. Day trips to Traverse City, Empire, Glen Arbor, Manistee and so much more.

There is a house (Forest House) on the property for rent as well if you have more people that want to stay together.600 square foot apartment.

1 Bedroom (4 queen beds total), 1 bathroom (tub and shower). living room, kitchen. Laundry is on main floor. Stairs that lead from the door up to the apartment. No door at top of stairs. (Retractable baby gate can be pulled out if needed) 

There is also a house that is a short term rental on the property as well. Please be courteous to the guests and neighbors. Full access to the apartment and garage.

Frankfort Fishing

Excellent location to the downtown area and marina’s. Apartment was very nice with all the amenities described. Our host was very responsive to any questions and shared information about expectations for our visit.

The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of dishes and utensils. The appliances are clean and work well. This is the first rental that I felt comfortable using the oven and made a pie during our stay. The air and fans kept the temp comfortable. The unit was clean.
