Enjoy your next vacation in this comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in the Bethany Meadows Community. This community is located just 3 miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Guests have access to one of the largest community pools in the area. A pass will be picked up at check in for guests to gain access to the pool. This property is also dog friendly, so you can bring your beloved pet on vacation with you, for an additional fee.

This top floor condo unit is located very close to the community pool and tennis courts. The primary bedroom comes with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom comes with 2 twin beds. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub. Finally, there is a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps an additional 2 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy preparing a meal. Ample seating for your group along with a day room off of the living room. This day room comes with a high top table and chairs.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
This home is dog friendly and allows for a dog up to 50 lbs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 that is added to your reservation if you will be bringing your dog.
