The staff was amazing! We had difficulty finding the parking garage (we should have asked first for a physical address), but the woman at the front desk guided us to the right place. Once at the hotel, we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the immediate attention to our needs, and the food was terrific. Best of all, a front row seat to the market. We hope to return to Nuremberg to explore the city more and will definitely stay there again!

Perfect location, overlooking the main square Christmas market. The room size is also good. But service and amenities are a major downer. There is no coffee/tea in the room and if you come down after 10:30am they will charge you $4 for a cup. The lounge is meant for guests, but they charge you for everything. I am a Platinum level with Expedia and usually get perks (late checkout, or credit, etc.) they didn't seem to care. The front desk staff need to be trained in empathetic customer care.
