Welcome to Big Red! Relax and enjoy this updated, comfortable apartment in the heart of Franconia Village. Minutes to amazing outdoor adventures and close by to amazing dining and entertainment options.

The 2 BR, 1 BA is available for up to six people, with 3 Fire Stick enabled TV's, in unit laundry, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Nearby outdoor adventure locations include Cannon Mountain ski area and Franconia Notch hiking trails (10 minutes) as well as Bretton Woods ski area (25 minutes).

This private residence features a traditional front porch with Adirondack chairs overlooking the front yard. Relax and listen to the sounds of the gurgling Gale River.

Our 2-story unit boasts quality furniture and mattresses, an electric kitchen with dishwasher, full-size stacked washer-dryer, three smart TVs, CD/Radio stereo, alarm clocks, iron, and Wi-Fi. Outdoor "camping" chairs are available for your leisurely days at Echo Lake or expanded seating on the porch. A fully stocked coffee station is ready to go for those early morning mountain pursuits.

A seasonally provided propane barbecue is available for May - September use. A rear covered porch allows access into the back yard. Guests are provided two designated parking spaces conveniently located in the front of the unit.

Recover from your area adventures in our king-sized bed, outfitted with cotton sheets and duvet, furnished with a bureau, smart TV, chair, desk, and a spot for luggage in the walk-in closet. Similarly, the second bedroom offers a spacious retreat, complete with two stellar queen-sized beds and linens, TV, bureau & closet space.

Guests are comfortable year-round with individual thermostats in each room for personalized heating. Window air conditioning units ensure a cool reprieve during the summer months.

The unit also features several amenities to help make your stay a little easier. A child's booster seat and splat mat help parents leave some things at home. Pet bowls, towels and poop bags are all provided for pet owners. A yoga mat can be found inside to turn your vacation into a mini yoga retreat. Dedicated ski storage is provided during the winter months.

A stones throw away from Franconia town center, guests will find several dining options and a small grocery store. For more restaurant choices, breweries, and big box stores, we are located just 10 minutes to Littleton and Bethlehem.

As part of a triplex structure, the communal yard is meticulously maintained. Quiet furry friends are welcome but we kindly request that any pet waste be promptly disposed.

Please note: this is a two-story unit with bedrooms and bathrooms located on the second floor of the unit.
