The villa has photovoltaic panels, a charging station for electric cars, parking and WIFI.
The villa, fully air-conditioned, is located in a park of almost one hectare planted with olive and almond trees. It has a large swimming pool (10m X 4m). Everything is designed to offer you a sunny stay combining comfort, calm, tranquility, nature and culture.
The 4 bedrooms each have their own shower room with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bidet. 2 bedrooms can accommodate two people and two rooms can, on their side, accommodate two adults and a child. A comfortable living room with decorative fireplace and flat screen TV is at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks a terrace which is ideally facing, allowing you to share a moment of relaxation and take your meals.
