Located on the south-facing slope of the Lanterne valley, the small village of Francalmont offers peace and quiet. Mainly agricultural, the village has preserved several heritage elements: washhouse, fountain... Nature is within reach: walks, fishing, etc... Geological curiosity: Source du Planey. Canoeing/kayaking in Conflans-sur-Lanterne. Mountain biking available. Thermal swimming pool of Luxeuil-Les-Bains 10 minutes away. In a village near the spa resort of Luxeuil-Les-Bains (12 km), country-style house, adjoining the owners' house, independent entrance, not overlooked. Ground floor: kitchen (induction hob) / dining room with wood stove and complete household appliances, with dishwasher. Very spacious and comfortable living room. Laundry room with toilet, shower and sink. Floor: 1 bedroom 1 double bed, private shower room, with WC, 1 family room on 2 levels: 1 double bed, private shower room, WC and on the mezzanine, 2 single beds (90X190), 1 baby bed. Electric/wood central heating. Wifi Internet. Large orchard with around sixty fruit trees. The lawn area with garden furniture is enclosed, but not enclosed at the front of the cottage.

Available: 4 mountain bikes on request, fishing area with fishpond, fishing equipment... Baby equipment available: bed, high chair, bathtub, changing mat.

On the CD 28, from Luxeuil towards Conflans sur Lanterne, pass the village of Ormoiche. Follow and turn right towards Francalmont. La Rolandrée is located in the center of the village, and below the church.
