The check in process was great. They were able to change our room from a king to 2 queens with no problem. The rooms were very clean & spacious. The overall hotel was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak.

The room was very clean and comfortable (and quite large!). I also appreciated that the heat/AC was quiet compared to most other places I've stayed. Minor drawbacks: There was some confusion on the part of the front desk staff about whether there was a full breakfast buffet available (there wasn't, maybe because the hotel wasn't full enough?). The toiletries had an oddly strong smell, and one that (also oddly) seemed more oriented toward businessmen. A more neutral, less strong scent would have been good.
