The location in this hotel is closed to everything. My room was great first the receptionist put me to lower floor but I request the higher floor and they give me a big and clean room. The staff are very nice. The breakfast was so good. I love their Sky Bar is so refreshing to stay there and enjoy the sunset with overlooking Paraguay and Argentina

The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of everything with numerous bars, restuarants & shops close by. The breakfast was very good, the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The only criticism that I would have is that the lifts are very slow and when we were on the top floor, then going down to and coming back up from breakfast was painful as the lifts were stopping at nearly every floor.

O Hotel carece de cuidados básicos na limpeza do banheiro, que tem muito mofo acumulado nos rejuntes. O exaustor é barulhento em demasia. Não houve reposição de shampoo e condicionador no dias em que estivemos hospedados. Seria mais higiênico um porta-sabonetes de inox e não de granito, que é poroso e acumula bactérias. A qualidade das toalhas é sofrível, assim como das roupas de cama e travesseiros, vide o valor cobrado pelas diárias. O café é servido num ambiente sem nenhuma ventilação e demasiadamente apertado, pois as cadeiras e mesas são enormes para o ambiente. Quem procura localização, OK, mas pelo valor cobrado, há melhores opções na cidade.

Cafe da manha bom e ótima equipe dr funcionarios. Contudo, gostaria de registrar minha profunda insatisfação com a hospedagem realizada neste hotel. Durante minha estadia de cinco noites, permaneci por duas noites consecutivas sem água quente no chuveiro, apesar de ter comunicado o problema à equipe responsável desde o primeiro momento. O que mais me indignou foi a incapacidade da equipe de manutenção em solucionar uma falha tão básica. Na primeira noite, não pude sequer dar banho em minha filha pequena devido à temperatura da água. Na segunda, diante da ausência de qualquer solução efetiva por parte do hotel, fui obrigado a dar banho frio nela. Considero absolutamente inadmissível que um hóspede pague por uma hospedagem completa e seja privado de um serviço essencial por dois dias. Mais grave ainda é a falta de resolução do problema, mesmo após sucessivas reclamações. Esta situação comprometeu significativamente nossa experiência e está muito aquém do padrão de qualidade que se espera de um hotel. Registro, portanto, minha total decepção e insatisfação com os serviços prestados.

Hotel bem localizado! Check in e check out rápido. Sem dores de cabeça. Equipe simpática; café da manhã variado, mas bem ok (não achei muito gostoso). O que incomodou foi o serviço de quarto diário. Tiveram dias que a suíte foi limpa e bem organizada, mas a maioria deixou o quarto bagunçado. Retiravam apenas o lixo e nem faziam a cama. Recomendo se tiver com preço bom para barato.
