Tive uma experiência razoável durante a estadia. O quarto estava limpo no geral, mas quando chegamos encontramos uma amostra de perfume que provavelmente havia sido esquecida por um hóspede anterior, o que dá a impressão de que a conferência final da limpeza poderia ser mais cuidadosa. Alguns recepcionistas nos pareceu um pouco distraídos em alguns momentos, faltando aquele olhar mais atento com os detalhes do atendimento. Por outro lado, o café da manhã foi um ponto bem positivo da estadia: variado, saboroso e bem servido. Os travesseiros eram confortáveis, embora um fosse bem mais alto que o outro, o que pode não agradar a todos. No geral, é um lugar que tem bons pontos, mas que poderia melhorar um pouco mais na atenção aos detalhes e no cuidado da equipe com os hóspedes.
