This property is in the city with a huge nature area. Ver serene! Breakfast was awesome as was the service. I do wish the bar was open and if the restaurant would function but I understand it is costly during low season. Returning to Iguaçu I would mist definitely stay again.

The hotel was generally decent, but there were a few issues. The first is that there was toilet paper anywhere in the room (even on the roll) when we checked in, which was a surprise inconvenience. The second was a chronic leak which meant there was always a puddle in the middle of the bathroom floor, which was a very slippery tile, so this was dangerous and unpleasant. Lastly, when we arrived, and after cleaning, a window was left open with no screen so that we had various flying insects in the room.

Infelizmente tive uma experiência negativa, principalmente em relação ao atendimento e à condução de situações simples de hospedagem. Inicio destacando os pontos positivos: o hotel possui boa localização, quartos amplos e limpeza adequada. Porém, os aspectos positivos praticamente se encerram nisso. O principal problema ocorreu no check-out. Solicitei uma pequena tolerância de cerca de 1h a 1h30, algo extremamente comum na rede hoteleira, principalmente quando existe disponibilidade do quarto. Fui informado de forma categórica que não seria possível porque o quarto já estaria reservado para entrada de outro hóspede às 14h. Para evitar qualquer discussão, inclusive me prontifiquei a pagar uma diária adicional. Entretanto, posteriormente ficou evidente que tal ocupação não existia, o que transmitiu sensação de informação inverídica e falta de transparência no atendimento. Outro episódio bastante desconfortável aconteceu dois dias após nossa chegada. Fizemos normalmente o cadastro do veículo no check-in. Ao transferirmos as bagagens do carro da guia de turismo para nosso veículo, estacionado em frente à recepção, o segurança passou a anotar a placa do carro e fomos questionados se realmente éramos hóspedes do hotel, mesmo já estando hospedados. A situação gerou constrangimento desnecessário diante da guia turística. Não se trata de exigir privilégios, mas sim respeito, coerência nas informações e um atendimento minimamente acolhedor, algo esperado de qualquer hotel.

Hotel surpreendeu, preço muito bom, quarto maravilhoso e grande, café da manhã com variedades. Nossa única reclamação é a parte da piscina que é meio pequena, cai muitas folhas e frutas nela e as músicas são muito altas e ruins pra quem vai com crianças. Cafe da manha com variedades. Limpeza dos quartos a desejar. Minha suíte era limpa por cima. A cama apenas era jogado o edredom sem arrumacao completa. Ficamos 5 diarias e o quarto dos meus pais foi limpo apenas 1x. Estrutura boa do hotel, mas nao para um resort, precisa de mts melhorias e manutenção na parte de lazer.
