O quarto em que ficamos hospedados não se parecia com aqueles indicados no anúncio do hotel. Acredito que as fotos utilizadas no site sejam de um quarto reformado. Tanto é que liguei para a recepção para confirmar que estávamos no quarto correto. As portas, os móveis e as capas das camas estavam velhos, inclusive com peças se descolando e rasgando. O principal restaurante da parte externa - o da oliveira - estava fechado para "reforma para o aniversário do proprietário" e a comida do restaurante a la carte no interior do hotel não estava boa. O atendimento dos funcionários, todavia, foi muito bom. Todos muitos prestativos. No entanto, pelo valor da diária, esperava ficar melhor hospedada.

Infelizmente tive alguns problemas na minha hospedagem e tive de trocar de quarto duas vezes (uma delas em razão de obras no quarto ao lado. Ainda que tudo tenha sido resolvido dessa vez infelizmente não tenho como dar 5 estrelas. Mas preciso sim destacar aqui pontos muito positivos que é a equipe do hotel e as piscinas (muito bonitas e bem cuidadas). Mas o destaque vai mesmo para equipe, principalmente para o mensageiro Felipe e o gerente Alexandre.

Café da manhã muito bom e bem servido, quartos limpos e funcionarios muito prestativos. Porém fomos com uma turma com crianças, fomos exclusivamente pelo atrativo do parque infantil na piscina e para nossa surpresa esta isolado e fechado para reforma. Em momento algum foi informado isso na reserva, bem pelo contrario, a propagando do parque infantil é um grande atrativo para nós que temos crianças, de certa forma nos sentimos lesados. E para ajudar somente uma piscina (a menor) é aquecida, como o período ja não é tão quente a piscina aquecida faz muita diferença, e então acabou que todos os hospedes precisaram ficar na piscina pequena e todo mundo apertado. De modo geral a experiência não foi legal, sugiro validar essas informações antes de ir pra la caso va com crianças.
