It’s run down property. No maintenance at all . Horrible restaurant. One stuff was good but mostly overall customer service is not upto any standard. They don’t even provide an adapter for charging in room for usa port charger. That’s a surprise for me as international traveler and iguassu is an international tourist destination.charges are not less at all.

A localização não é boa, fica bem distante dos pontos turísticos e longe do centro, não há comércio de rua nas proximidades, mas há um shopping. Funcionários não foram simpáticos, principalmente os da portaria. Café da manhã fraco, restaurante tb tem um menu pouco variado. Gostei da limpeza e conforto do quarto. O chuveiro era muito ruim, água toda espalhada e sem pressão. A pia do banheiro estava entupida.

Só que se propôs entregou dentro do esperado, fiquei duas noites no hotel apenas para ir ao PY, o café da manhã achei bem completo. Gostei da preocupação em ligarem o ar-condicionado do quarto enquanto estávamos fora do hotel uma vez que nosso quarto pegava sol da tarde e ficava muito quente. Não utilizei a piscina mas pelo que pude perceber aos olhos é um espaço de lazer limpo e jardinagem bem feita. O preço dos produtos oferecido no frigobar com preço justo. No geral foi uma boa estadia.

O hotel vale muito pelo custo beneficio, ele fica proximo das principais atracoes, se localiza a 10 min da ponte da argentina, a limpesa e troca de roupas de cama e banho é realizada diariamente, a equipe do hotel é incrivel, as pessoas são bastante solicitas, o café da manhã não é de 5 estrelas, mas atende bem, recomendo e muito hospedagem, ficamos eu, esposa e nossas duas filhas no quarto.
