terrible service, avoid

really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude.

Os funcionários são pró ativos, tivemos problemas com o chuveiro que não esquentava mas logo resolveram, até aí tudo bem! Mas tivemos problemas com toalhas de banho isso me deixou chateada. Entramos e não tinha toalha de banho então ligamos e logo trouxeram quentinhas, no outro dia descemos para tomar café no hotel quando subimos tinham tirado as toalhas e nem fizeram a reposição, íamos sair ao meio dia do hotel e isso era às 9 da manhã, simplesmente entraram no quarto e só tiraram as toalhas, poderiam ter aguardado o check out. O café da manhã estava bom, o hotel não possui elevadores então para termos acesso aos quartos precisava subir dois lances de escada mas era tranquilo, só é ruim quando está com peso (mala ou compras) o quarto estava bem limpo, o banheiro ja acredito que seja por conta do prédio ser mais antigo então fica marcas no box. Mais uma vez o pessoal da recepção foi bem queridos com a gente. (Só a roupa de cama que necessitaaaaaa ser comprada novas, roupa de cama manchada e com bolinhas) 👀

O hotel fica próximo à Rodoviária e a um atacado, o que pode ser conveniente, mas é distante da Ponte da Amizade e do terminal urbano. O quarto é pequeno, com guarda-roupa sem portas e bancada de trabalho muito reduzida, ruim para o home office. A cadeira é simples e desconfortável. Há poucas tomadas e observei presença de formigas. A posição da bancada em relação a TV - que possui apenas canais abertos - é ruim. O wi-fi apresentou instabilidade, com quedas frequentes, principalmente nos horários de maior uso. Fiquei num quarto voltado para a piscina, silencioso, porém o blackout não bloqueia totalmente a luz externa, o que prejudica o sono. Senti falta de itens básicos de segurança, como cofre e olho mágico. A iluminação do quarto é fraca e o ar-condicionado fica direcionado sobre o hóspede na bancada, aumentando o risco de resfriado. O frigobar é pequeno e estava abastecido, o que não é do meu agrado. O banheiro é minúsculo. A área do banho sofre com uma entrada estreitíssima (uns 30 cm) e com péssima iluminação. Sem água quente na torneira da pia. O enxoval é insuficiente para o que considero higiênico. Como foi uma curta estada e para tentar evitar estranhos no quarto, por causa do notebook, compras e dólares, eu não liberei o quarto para o serviço de quarto. Não serviam café. Eu acabo pagando caro por muitos serviços que não uso mas são cobrados de todos: serviço de quarto, piscina, etc.
