Apesar do pessoal simpático e do elevador esse hotel é a representação de tudo de ruim que encontro nos hotéis de Foz do Iguaçu. Tentei fazer o home office, mas não tinha nem mesa nem cadeira – mal tinha tomada (3): uma ocupada pela geladeira, a do banheiro (antiga) tudo que ligava caía no chão e uma única disponível. Vou dormir então! Estou cansado! Mas não tem um blecaute e a luz não me deixava "desligar", além de um barulho que parecia um misto de máquina de lavar com turbina de avião. Vou baixar um filme e assistir, mas derrubaram meus downloads. O banheiro era tão pequeno que para usar a privada era preciso fechar a porta. A área do banho não era totalmente fechada o que molhava a parte de fora da mesma forma. O chuveiro elétrico não deu problema a despeito do frio que fazia. Apenas uma coisa de cada do enxoval (contudo, não tinha toalha de rosto) e um sabonete... vê se que aqui a higiene não é uma preocupação, pois usar a mesma toalha e o mesmo sabonete para tomar banho e higienizar pra alimentação não é adequado. Talvez devesse dar uma volta, mas só existe a rodoviária por perto – bem sugestivo, aliás. Enfim, um dia perdido, só me restou aguardar o término da diária de um dia.

Chegamos a noite e saímos logo pela manhã. O quarto era amplo, estava limpo, chuveiro quente. O café da manhã bem variado. Eles tem um local para guardar as malas, então deixamos as malas saímos para passear e mais tarde voltamos para buscar as malas. Os funcionários foram muitos prestativos e atenciosos.

O hotel razoável pelo custo da diária. Quarto era bem pequeno, porém organizado. Hotel não possui serviço de quarto comprometendo um pouco o conforto e a higiene, principalmente se for se hospedar por mais dias. Quanto a equipe, um dos funcionários se destacou pela cordialidade, os demais, infelizmente, deixaram a desejar nesse quesito. No mais, posso afirmar que atendeu nossa necessidade, mas não sei se voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Café da manhã pessimo, estacionamento próximo, mas fora da estrutura do hotel, limpeza do quarto feita apenas 1x na nossa estadia, a luz do quarto caiu e, apesar de ajustada, caiu. Chuveiro ruim e gelado (apesar de termos ajustado), fechadura do quarto a chave, se você esquecer de fechar na hora de dormir ou de sair, fica exposto. Apesar da estrutura pessima, os funcionarios sao proativos e tentam ajudar.

Apenas não gostei do funcionário Júnior que fez uma abordagem quando voltamos de um passeio, a recepção estava cheia, quando entramos, ele veio com uma fala alta e com arrogância dizendo que estávamos com débito com o Hotel, porém no momento do chekin, não fomos orientados sobre o pagamento, então achamos que seria cobrado no chekaut, enfim, o problema foi a forma que o funcionário nos abordou, fazendo com que outras pessoas a volta nos olhasse, foi desconfortável.
