It comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, and a shower room with WC. There is also an open terrace. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Entertainment includes a TV, garden furniture, and a parasol. Sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed (140 cm). The house measures 34 m². Nearby amenities include a bus station 600 m away, a train station 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths 15 minutes away. Payments due upon arrival include a €500 security deposit, a €70 cleaning deposit, and tourist tax.
