I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is very luxurious and the room had a beautiful view and very clean and contemporary. The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous specially Marlboro Hong. A great guy and very helpful.

English Review

The hotel is between Foshan and Guangzhou. In GUANGDONG which is important to know because taxi drivers ask for tip to cover fines for going over the boarder of Guangdong (Towards Foshan). McDonalds, HeyTea and Starbucks below the hotel as well as a 7/11 for convenience. Some restaurants below hotel as well that looks ok but not used. Hotel restaurant on floor 52F (Air Chef) is buffet style and the breakfast and Evening dinner spread was great. Hotel staff were nice and with use of translate app it was easy for basic communication. Some speak a bit of English which is nice. Cleaning staff do a great job keeping room stocked with water and fresh towels. Very accommodating staff with all requests. Standard room is great size with a shoes and coats area with hangars and slippers (replaced daily). The bed is king (UK size Queen bed), very comfortable with 2 very large pillows however I found them to be too soft. There is a fridge and a large TV. The bathroom is the best part with a large walk in shower, a very large standalone bath and long counter with a large sink, large mirror and makeup counter with mini vanity mirror. The room has 2 very large floor to wall windows with auto blinds (inc. blackout) which gives vast views when the fog drops. We had couple issues with the room. Aircon did not appear to operate at all in the main part of the room, but the bathroom was nice and cold. There was also a faulty plug socket (the only one with USB C). Some wear and tear in room.

The concierge called Marlboro, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. He booked a taxi for a meeting I was late for and paid on his own account and allowed me to settle on my return. On my last day I left one of my documents in the safe and he contacted me and arranged for me to get back to the hotel to collect it before my flight. Top marks for going that extra mile and I really appreciate all your help.

Superb interior. One of the best hotels you can experience. Regret is the China Mobile/Unicorn coverage in the room is sporadic at times, and WIFI coverage on mobile is not strong and frequent link drop, otherwise on laptop, the signal is amazing good.
