Spectacular property and a beautiful room and restaurant. Very accommodating and friendly helpful staff. The tubing experience was our favourite excursion of our trip. We did find the garden tour lacking due to the timing of what was active in the garden. Overall a spectacular stay with the thermal river and all wildlife being the highlight.

The entire hotel and staff were amazing! We booked a bungalow for three and it was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. In addition to the wonderful room, the facilities including the Spa, the pools, the restaurant and the activities all exceeded our expectations as well. The Canyon Adventure (Zipline) was a big hit for our family, and our son was very appreciative of all the meal options he could have that offered non-dairy options. We booked transportation with the resort provided option and it was a great choice for ease and convenience. Five star experience all around!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. From check in to check out. The staff was amazing everywhere. The food was amazing. The amenities are off the charts. The room was fantastic. Peaceful. Gorgeous views. If I could stay here forever I would. West bungalow was AMAZING. Yoga class was wonderful. Massage was relaxing. Canyon adventures zip lining and the Whitewater tubing were so much fun. And so worth it. Guides were GREAT. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Every day I discovered something new and I didn’t probably even see a fraction of what they have to offer. I will definitely be back. They made a big birthday trip a dream. And the concierge was also wonderful. This was my first trip to Costa Rica and they made it so amazing. PURA VIDA!
