Awesome! Staff bends over backwards! I stayed in 3 rooms...all were excellent. Breakfast buffet for hours!! Toilet seats need reolacing in all 3 units. Otherworldly 6 out of 5! And the front desk is amazing!!

Cute architecture, very close to the beach.The room was ok (very small), the AC did not cool appropriately, for 3/6 days there was NO hot water, the bathroom had a weird/bad smell. The majority of the staff were amazing (maintenance guy told me to just lower the temp instead of fixing AC) and breakfast lady (assistant manager maybe) was very rude to us - and, when feedback was provided she stated “you can’t please everyone.”

Minha estadia no Hotel Villa Mayor Charme, em Fortaleza, foi muito boa e vale a recomendação para quem está planejando viajar, especialmente famílias. O quarto estava sempre limpo e bem organizado, o que faz toda diferença para o conforto durante a viagem. A equipe de funcionários também merece destaque: todos muito educados, atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar, criando um ambiente acolhedor desde a chegada. O café da manhã foi outro ponto positivo, com boa variedade e qualidade, atendendo bem diferentes gostos — algo importante principalmente para quem viaja em família. Falando nisso, o hotel é uma ótima opção para famílias, pois oferece um ambiente tranquilo, agradável e bem localizado, facilitando a rotina durante a estadia. Como ponto de melhoria, deixo apenas a questão do upgrade pelo benefício Gold do Hoteis.com. Fiz a solicitação antecipadamente, mas não tive retorno antes da chegada, e acabei ficando inicialmente em um quarto standard. Como cheguei à noite, o recepcionista não conseguiu verificar a solicitação naquele momento. Porém, na manhã seguinte, conversei com o gerente de reservas, que prontamente resolveu a situação e providenciou o upgrade para um quarto melhor a partir da segunda diária — o que foi muito positivo. Um detalhe que fez a experiência ainda mais especial foi a lembrança de aniversário da minha esposa (em abril), que recebeu um presente do hotel. Um gesto simples, mas que demonstra cuidado e atenção com o hóspede. No geral, foi excelente.

Quarto ruim, estava um pouco sujo e com algumas baratinhas. Chuveiro nao aquecia durante 2 dias so foi resolver no final do segundo dia de viagem e ainda assim n aquecia tao bem. Cafe da manha mediano, pelo valor poderia ser melhor. Hotel bem localizado. Area da piscina boa porem restaurante a vez que comemos nao estava tao boa a comida.
