O Hotel tem um excelente custo benefício. O café da manhã é muito bom. os quartos não são grandes, mas tem uma boa organização. Com certeza me hospedarei novamente no Urb.

O banheiro é horrivrl, antigo e velho. Precosa de uma reforma urgente. As toaljas de banho nem se fala. Rasgadas, pequenas, velhas e encardidas. Foi a pior parte.

A parte de cima da beliche parecia ser mais reservada mas não é nada confortável para quem esta com mala de viagem, além do peso para subir a escada que também tem um grau de dificuldade para o giro do corpo para acessar a cama, para encontrar as coisas dentro tem que ficar de joelhos no colção, a URB não faz troca de cama e sempre fala que estão todas reservadas, mesmo amanhecendo vazia

O hotel é novo, mas tem muito morfo. É simples, mas se não fosse o morfo e muita poeira que vem da constrição de um predio em frente, eu diria que era confortavel. TOALHAS pequenas, velhas, rasgadas e duras. De pessimo gosto e sem qualidade. Essa foi a pior parte. Devem trocar as toalhas urgentes. Os hospedes não são porcos. Banheiros precisando de uma reforma. Velhos, antigos e alaga tudo. Poderia deixa um rodo dentro do banheiro. Café da manhã ruim. nada de interessante e ficam tudo expostos oom moscas pousando. Camareira e as meninas do café muito simpática.

Me assustei quando cheguei na recepção e o funcionário fez cara de que não sabia da minha reserva, fiquei apreensivo, após um longo dia de viagem e trabalho tudo que eu menos queria era passar o perrengue de não ter onde descansar. Após ele averiguar onde foi feita minha reserva foi localizado. Tb não sabia que o estacionamento era pago, deveria ficar claro isso no ato da reserva. O quarto estava limpo, mas com um cheiro forte de esgoto vindo do banheiro.
