Valor não compensa para o que oferece. Subiu muito, em pouco tempo. Quarto limpo, mas alguns pontos com pequenas sujidades, pontos de mofo. Funcionários pouco receptivos. Tinha uma moça ruiva, muito gente boa, simpática. Mas pessoas assim não costumam durar nesses estabelecimentos. Pouca valorização.

Um ótimo Custo x Benefício, excelente café da manhã considerando o custo da estadia. Cômodos refrigerados, o quarto compartilhado é um pouco apertado e tem um cheiro um pouco desagradável (não sei dizer se é mofo ou por ter pouca ventilação natural). Camas boas e bem equipadas. Como não possuem frigobar nos quartos, acho que poderiam disponibilizar uma geladeira para uso comum dia hóspedes. Os pontos de melhoria não interferem tanto comparado ao restante das coisas, voltaria a me hospedar com eles.

A acomodação tem que ser avaliada pelo custo x benefício. Dessa forma, o que oferece o hotel é compativel com o valor pago. O café da manhã é do tipo continental, mas oferece poucas frutas (uma ou duas), máquina de café que oferece uma boa qualidade, os funcionários, salvo àqueles que lidsm com a limpeza em si, não são muito cordiais. O quarto dispõe de split, cama com colchão bom, b9ns lençóis e toalhas de banho. Está bem localizado para quem conhece Fortaleza. De forma geral, o benefício é compatível com o valor pago.

A parte de cima da beliche parecia ser mais reservada mas não é nada confortável para quem esta com mala de viagem, além do peso para subir a escada que também tem um grau de dificuldade para o giro do corpo para acessar a cama, para encontrar as coisas dentro tem que ficar de joelhos no colção, a URB não faz troca de cama e sempre fala que estão todas reservadas, mesmo amanhecendo vazia
