The hotel is perfectly located, on the beach and close to the local markets. The property is in good shape, room was clean and had a spacious shower and bathtub. The rooftop swimming pool was nice and had a view of the shoreline. Breakfast buffet had good options. Food ordered from room service was very good and so was the SIA restaurant. I would stay there again without hesitation.

My experience at Praiano Hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The location is fantastic, right in front of the beautiful Beira-Mar, with that incredible Fortaleza energy the moment you step outside. What truly made the difference, though, was the hospitality. The staff were welcoming, attentive, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. That genuine warmth is what transforms a good hotel stay into a memorable experience. The hotel is comfortable, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for enjoying everything Fortaleza has to offer. Waking up near the ocean, enjoying the atmosphere of Beira-Mar, and being treated with such care made my stay even more special. I left Fortaleza already missing Ceará, and Praiano Hotel will definitely be part of my memories from this trip. To the entire team: thank you for your hospitality and for making me feel so welcome. When I return to Fortaleza, and I definitely will, I would be very happy to stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fortaleza is already special, and staying at Praiano made it even better.

The fact that we were asked to pay for Parkinn immediately and not after we check out, was not right. This hotel uses 3rd parties for the parking, the restaurants. The hotel Manager was very disrespectful with myself and my wife. We will never step foot on this property ever again. They ruined my vacation

Pool with a view

Nice hotel located on berra mar, would probably say the best once on Berra Mar I’ve stayed in. Likes - Nice room good breakfast and great views from the pool located on the top floor. Dislikes - only 9am to 7pm to access the pool and roof top bar, it’s quite a small area so not that much and could not contain all its guests

The hotel was nice. Service was good and breakfast was great. A little frustrated there was no coffee maker in the room. A little frustrated that we couldn't use our free coconut water pass at the pool and only downstairs in the lobby. A little frustrated that they weren't a couple of bottled waters in the room. Perhaps these are amenities that us Americans have become accustomed to. In my line and thinking though, you don't charge people for water at the pool. Water is essential and there should be something provided that people can get plastic cups off to stay hydrated. I don't know though, good hotel and a nice day.

I do a lot of traveling and I love to stay in Brazil. I have spent many nights in Fortaleza the last five years. The Priano is the best hotel I have experienced in Brazil. The location is perfect--literally a 25 yard walk across the street and you have access to miles of white sand and turquoise water. My sea-view room was gorgeous. The staff could not have been more solicitous or pleasant. The pool setting was beyond words. A rooftop pool where you feel literally like you are swimming in the sky. The food was exceptionally high quality at their restaurant. I had some of the best meals there---filet mignon, delicious shrimp, and regional cuisine. Gostoso! I recommend the Priano without hesitation.
