A limpeza do quarto era impecável com aquele cheirinho gostoso. Apesar do banheiro está entupindo na hora do banho foi resolvido e não deixou a hospedagem desagradável. O ar-condicionado gelando bem, e tem Tv a cabo o que deixou mais agradável as horas que ficamos no quarto. O café da manhã foi ótimo. Muito perto da praia de Iracema. A equipe super educada. A piscina é agradável.

Localização muito boa, mas a estrutura é BEM antiga e as fotos do anúncio não demonstram a realidade. Levamos um susto ao chegar na hospedagem.. era tudo muito antigo, corredores mal iluminados, janela do quarto que dava para uma parede, quartos bem úmidos e com mobiliário bem defasado. Tivemos problemas também com a demora na limpeza do quarto e para a troca de toalhas. Café era bem servido em um anexo ao hotel, e no geral a acomodação era bem silenciosa. Não voltaríamos.

Pontos negativos: O quarto está em más condições. Fizeram uma pintura para maquiar os problemas, mas não é muito bom. Tudo bem antigo, principalmente a cerâmica. Tinha um cheiro de mofo e apareceram algumas baratas pequenas escondidas no rodapé. Pontos positivos: O ar condicionado também é bem antigo, mas funcionou bem. Os funcionários bem atenciosos e o café da manhã muito bom. Como fui a trabalho e estava acompanhado apenas de um colega, me atendeu bem, mas para uma viagem com a família, não me hospedaria no hotel.

Fiquei 04 dias O hotel possui áreas comuns confortáveis, e a recepção para quem está chegando é bastante agradável e acolhedora. A localização é muito boa, com bares e restaurantes próximos; consequentemente, há um pouco de barulho logo cedo, mas isso é algo totalmente óbvio 😅 eu já fui imaginando. É divido em duas partes, o propio hotel e o anexo (ao lado) onde tomamos café O café da manhã, para mim e meu namorado, foi maravilhoso, com destaque para o beiju (tapioca) e outras ótimas opções disponíveis. Minha única observação fica em relação ao tamanho do quarto e da cama, que achei um pouco pequenos, ficamos no segundo andar e não tinha elevador, mas nada que não desse para me adaptar. Atrasei um pouco o checkout e foram compreensivos Totalmente condizente com o valor, as pessoas querem um hotel super luxo pagando barato 😅 Por fim, os funcionários da recepção são super solícitos.
Via movimentada, então acaba causando barulho, mas pra mim ok.

Não gostei do hotel por vários motivos: é extremamente barulhento (rua movimentada, música alta e hóspedes falando alto cedo), não tem elevador e a estrutura é antiga, com corredores estreitos e acesso difícil. O colchão é muito mole e desconfortável, o que prejudica o descanso. O café da manhã é fraco, com itens simples e pouca higiene, além de ser muito barulhento. Também não há opções para vegetarianos ou sem glúten, e o hotel não demonstrou interesse em atender essa necessidade.
