A equipe é gentil e atenciosa; e o café da manhã é muito saboroso. Mas não tivemos uma experiência muito positiva no quarto: cama desconfortável, objetos quebrados, muito barulho nos corredores (uma vez que ficamos acomodados próximo à recepção e não havia controle de barulho em nenhum horário), piscina suja e sem manutenção. O local é bom, fácil de localização e circulação, mas o quarto nos decepcionou bastante.

Reservamos 2 quartos. Em cada quarto ficaria dois adultos e uma criança de 7 anos. Quando chegamos só tinha duas camas de solteiro em cada quarto, faltou uma cama em cada quarto.

Tivemos problemas na parte eletrica do apartamento 217. Ao ligar o chuveiro eletrico todas as luzes do apartamento apagavam. Entrdo em curto, passamos 4 dias tomando banho de agua fria, e pedido uma soluções e infelizmente não foi resolvido. Cafe da manhã maravilhoso. Estrutura do ap velha.

O hotel é bem localizado. Próximo à beira mar. Muitos restaurantes por perto. Os colaboradores são muito cordiais. O quarto que fiquei era pequeno, mas, bem conservado e limpo. O café da manhã tinha boas opções e com diferencial das tapiocas, omeletes e panquecas feitas na hora. O hotel tem duas piscinas pequenas com um deck bem atrativo.

Quarto bem limpo, não gostei da cama, colchão muito mole. Café muito bom, não tem variedade, bem simples, porém fazem omelete, panqueca e tapioca na hora. Funcionários bem simpáticos e explicam tudo perfeito. Vale o custo benefício.
