Nice hotel, our second time there. Convenient 2 bedrooms /2 baths for family or friends . But for the seco t time, one of the elevators were down, which is very inconvenient. The building will need some renovations in the near future .

O prédio é bem antigo. Lâmpada da suíte mal instalada é não apaga totalmente a noite. Banheiro apresentou vazamento grande na sua caixa de água na última noite. Andares mais baixos apresenta muito barulho da rua lateral.a noite. Não tem bom isolamento nas janelas de vidro. Café razoável, reposição lenta. Na hora do café 8 hs da manha, acabou ovo , cuscuz, iogurte, suco e ate pratos para se servir. Pelo preço cobrado deveria ter bem melhores opções também. Não é boa opção no geral. Apenas localização e ar dos quartos foram destaques.

O quarto e a estrutura do hotel não condizem com as fotos. Foi o pior Mercure em que já me hospedei. Quarto muito mal conservado, com estrutura obsoleta. Não havia cobertores ou edredons, somente lençóis. A localização é otima, mas o hotel não está a altura do que vende. Atendimento foi abaixo da média do atendimento no Ceará. O isolamento acústico do quarto também deixou a desejar.

Tivemos um ótimo atendimento na recepção com a funcionária Nivea... deixamos as malas na recepção antes do horário do check-in pois chegamos cedo em fortaleza e não tínhamos onde deixar as nossas malas. O apartamento já apresenta sinais de desgaste e precisa ser reformado para se adequar ao padrão oferecido pelo hotel.
