The only thing wasn't like was around outside front areas of the hotel, looks like city garbage collection places don't make a good job and smell very bad. Anything else for me , the best retirement ambient for it. Very nice and helpful staff and locals. Best beach view, very good hotel breakfast and food on locals restaurants around the hotel.

Noise from neighbours room through interconnecting

Apart hotel and a lot of the good view rooms are the apartments privately owned. I know this as I tried to chnage room as our neighbours were quite loud and there was a interconnecting locked door between both rooms. Which lets in a load of noise. I wish the hotels would say this when you choose a room as it would put me off staying there.

O quarto bem amplo e limpo. Equipe de funcionários muito prestativa. Localização perfeita, pé na areia, com uma piscina fantástica. A tampa do vaso sanitário estava caindo o tempo todo, precisando segurar. As tomadas são de modelo muito antigo, tive problema de usá-las em algunas situações.

A localização é perfeita, muito próximo a vila onde se pode ir a pé. Possui estacionamento no subsolo e o acesso foi fácil. Quartos bem estruturados e ar condicionado perfeito. Senti falta de itens para a cozinha (pratos, talheres e panelas), já que os quartos são no estilo flat possuindo cozinha com fogão. A piscina é maravilhosa. O ponto negativo foi para o café da manhã, com poucas opções e nada surpreendente. Ainda assim é um excelente lugar para se hospedar no Cumbuco e essa é a minha segunda vez nessa hospedagem.

Hotel antigo e muito, mas muito mesmo, mal conservado. TV e Internet péssimas. Chuveiro e torneiras que tem uma vazão intensa ou muito fraca. É necessário regular o tempo todo. Ar condicionado antigo e ineficiente. Café da manhã horroroso, com pouquíssimas opções. O que salva mesmo somente a atenção dos colaboradores. Procurem outras opções.

Contextualização: é um aparthotel. Local excelente, fica ao lado da Vila do Cumbuco, local muito movimentado à noite, com uma gastronomia top. O hotel precisa de uma up grade, Muito conservado, porém precisa ser atualizado. Equipe de funcionário excelente. Na piscina, fiquei com medo por causa dos coqueiros que estão com muitos cocos e fico com medo de servir de alvo. No total, a experiência foi muito boa.

Infelizmente tive problemas com o comprovante da entrada, realizei uma entrada de 1750 com o pagamento do restante 1750 no dia do check-in. Mas não foi realizado o comprovante de pagamento e tive que realizar o pagamento integral do valor. Infelizmente vou procurar os meios legais de estorno do valor pago antecipadamente. Recepção muito educada e prestativa. Tem uma ótima localização e fica próxima ao centro do Cumbuco, O hotel tem acesso direto acesso direito a praia. Estacionamento coberto e subterrâneo. O hotel fica na avenida. Excelente para famílias com crianças.
