Sempre que frequento, tenho experiências maravilhosas — o restaurante é excelente e o prato que costumamos pedir nunca decepciona. Por isso mesmo, deixo aqui um feedback construtivo com todo carinho: evitem preparar o restaurante para eventos enquanto há clientes no salão, especialmente em horário comercial. O hotel e o restaurante são encantadores pela vista, música e atendimento — e é exatamente isso que nos faz voltar. Mas, dessa vez, não conseguimos nos sentir totalmente confortáveis com a movimentação de mesas ao nosso redor durante a refeição. Agradeço muito a atenção e o carinho de sempre e espero continuar desfrutando desses momentos especiais com vocês.

Como sou associado Gold da Hoteis.com fiquei esperando o welcome drink conforme anunciado e o oferecimento de um upgrade ja que o hotel estava completamente vazio quando chegamos. Nao teve nenhum dos dois. O hotel precisa de manutencao urgente. O atendimento é otimo. Bem localizado. Cafe da manha nao tinha sucos naturais. Nao ligavam o ar condicionado no restaurante. Mas a comida era boa. Considero os preços justos.

Hotel com pouco atrativo para retornar em outra ocasião. Café da manhã muito ruim. Foi decaindo dia pós dia, muito poucos hóspedes, por isso o café foi cada vez menos. Café servido as 07:30, diferente horário dos hotéis que já frequentei. O atendimento da recepção e estranho, Toda hora queriam colocar pulseira de day use, política do hotel. Falta de informações para transfer do hotel para outros pontos turísticos. No geral ficou a desejar.

Pousada com boa localização e limpeza, vista para o mar. Acomodação boa. Spa bom. Entretanto, péssimo atendimento nos serviços de restaurante, garçons em quantidade insuficiente para atender as demandas dos hóspedes. Inclusive uma funcionária do restaurante que nos atendeu foi extremamente grosseira pelo menos duas vezes, chegou a ser constrangedor. Você vai relaxar e é tratado de forma desrespeitosa. Acredito que a gestão do hotel deveria realizar um treinamento adequado dos seus funcionários. Em resumo, não recomendo, pelo preço pago do hotel já fomos em outros onde fomos bem tratados pelo menos. Ainda teve outro episódio super deselegante, em que outra funcionária, antes de liberar para tomarmos café da manhã, pediu para conferimos o valor da conta do restaurante, acredito que o local ideal para discutir a parte de contas seja no checkout, na recepção.

Quarto ok, básico para dormir. Café da manhã decepcionante, não tinha duas mesas ocupadas e pediram pra escolher na hora o que queríamos, podendo avisar na noite anterior pra se antecipar e dizer o horário de servir. Longe da praia e relação custo benefício péssima

Tive a nítida sensação de ter sido colocada em uma categoria inferior a que paguei, apesar de ter questionado. Não recebi nenhum benefício VIP (como cortesia de bebida por uma pessoa por estadia). Nosso quarto era extremamente simples, com ar condicionado barulhento e não tinha nem criados-mudos. Aliás, nunca vi isso! Ao lado da cama não ter uma mobília em que pudéssemos apoiar nossos itens. Enfim. A pousada estava cheia de adesivos de alertas para atentarmos a higiene das mãos, mas no quarto e em banheiros da área comum faltou sabonete líquido. Apesar de assinarmos um documento informando que não tínhamos nenhum sintoma de covid e que utilizaríamos máscaras e manteríamos o isolamento social nas dependências da pousada, o estabelecimento entupiu o lugar de pessoas com a realização de um evento religioso. No sábado (14/11/20) devia ter mais de 100 pessoa no restaurante, dentre hóspedes, participantes de evento e público em geral. Não sei que “cuidado” a propriedade estava tendo relação a pandemia... O café da manhã muito básico para um “hotel” que se diz “spa”, com um esquema de buffet que em nada contribuiu para o distanciamento entre as pessoas e os cuidados que o local deveria ter em relação ao COVID. O restaurante do hotel era até bonzinho, mas cometeu deslizes imperdoáveis: descrever no cardápio que o copo de suco possuía 500ml e servir em copo de tamanho nitidamente inferior é o cúmulo da “esperteza”; cuidados com higiene também deixaram a desejar...
